How do I connect my park account?

During setup, enter your first and last name as it appears on your park account. LaneSkip will send a friend request that you accept in My Disney Experience. No password is shared.

Why isn't LaneSkip finding availability?

Lightning Lane availability depends on park capacity and demand. LaneSkip monitors continuously, but some rides may have limited or no availability on busy days.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple. Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions or Purchase History to request a refund.

How do I disconnect my park account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Disconnect Account". This removes the friend connection and stops all monitoring.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@laneskip.com with your account email and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
